Senior Computational Biologist to Develop NGS assays
FUSION GENOMICS is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow or experienced computational biologist to lead the development of our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) target capture panels and assays.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of NGS platforms such as Illumina and Ion Torrent and should have extensive experience in assay development.
FUSION GENOMICS is an emerging molecular diagnostics company that is developing a new line of NGS assays. We use our proprietary QUANTUM Probes™ and target capture technology to develop rapid, highly accurate cost-competitive NGS assays that identify infectious disease organisms for both global surveillance and treatment.
